How long does it take to ship my order?
Your order is processed in the order of. This may take 24-48 hours from the order date.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Your order goes out as soon as it is shipped. It usually takes 4-7 days for the postal service (USPS) to deliver mail.
If I have a post office box or HC address in Puerto Rico, can I receive a package?
We are unable to deliver packages to these addresses. However, as soon as you can identify a reliable address where you can receive your Nest Box, we'll be happy to ship it to you.
Can I ship a Nest Box outside of the United States or its territories?
We have not yet reached the international market. However, as soon as we do, you'll be the first to know.
Can I return my Nest Box if I do not like it?
No. At Nest Box we make sure to create great, quality gifts to meet all of our consumers' needs so there's no need to return the Nest Box you received.
What if my Nest Box arrives damaged?
At Nest Box we make sure to wrap our boxes very securely so that you receive your products in the best possible condition. Remember that we are not responsible for damage caused by the mail or once your Nest Box is delivered to you.
